About the studio
Crisp Point Studio is an independent studio in Greenville, Michigan. We make an unusual mix of things: focused software for businesses and creators, children's nature books, and a monthly birding club for kids. A Shopify app and a kids' bird club might seem like an odd pair, but everything we make has to meet the same standard: simple, sturdy, and worth buying.

From the founder

Founder
I've spent nine years building production software, and I write and publish children's books. I started Crisp Point Studio to make things I'd want to buy myself: one clear job, a fair price, and a real answer when you write in.
I spent every summer growing up on the shore of Lake Superior. The studio is named for Crisp Point Light, a lighthouse on that shore. It's a long way from anywhere, and it's still standing.
